We also have experience with The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED™) Green Building Rating System which provides the building industry with consistent, credible standards for what constitutes a green building and is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of high performance green buildings. We also work early with LEED™ commissioning agents to develop a plan that is implemented at conceptual design and carried forward through design development, start-up and the commissioning phase.
