An increasing number of corporate real estate organizations understand the importance of building sustainable projects. What is the typical role of a LEED Accredited Professional? Below are a number of responsibilities we typically manage throughout a LEED project:
- Conduct a pre-project analysis to help determine potential LEED credits and certification for your project
- Lead a Charrette, and assign LEED credit roles and responsibilities to other project team members
- Register your project with the USGBC
- Ensure that all team members are fulfilling their LEED credit responsibilities
- Assist team members with LEED credit requirement documentation
- Lead change management workshops with employees, including creating employee LEED Office Manuals
